What you share
We collect the product information, reference images, quantity, destination, requirements, goods budget range, purchase timeline, buying experience, service preferences and contact details you submit. For market visit enquiries, we also collect the dates or time window, party size and visit preferences you choose to share. Company information and additional contact channels are optional. Basic visit and source information may be recorded to understand how people use the service.
How we use it
We use your details to match products, organize quote information, clarify requirements, plan market visit support, and follow up by email or a contact channel you provide. Relevant product specifications and reference images may be shared with suppliers when necessary to research your request.
How you found the service
Short source and campaign labels from a public link may be kept in this tab’s session storage, carried between public pages and saved with your enquiry. This helps us understand which content brought enquiries. The labels are kept separate from your product brief, contact details and private access links.
Reference images stay private
Uploaded images are used for your sourcing request and are not published in a public product gallery. Please upload only images you are permitted to share, and leave out personal or confidential information that is not needed for sourcing.
Request updates and marketing
Submitting a request lets us contact you about that request. Optional marketing emails require a separate opt-in; leaving it unchecked does not affect sourcing follow-up. You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time.
Access and changes
Contact us to correct or request deletion of the information you submitted. Use the email address associated with your request so we can check ownership. We keep request information for sourcing follow-up and related service records.
